For portrait sessions, we shoot high school seniors, graduation, engagement, maternity, family, newborn, baby, and modeling headshots. Most sessions are done outdoors at a location of your choice. For a more comfortable setting though, we are available for indoor photos at your home.

How do I book a photo session?
Simply send us an e-mail and let us know that you’re interested. We’ll then send you a short form to fill out.

How can I prepare for the session?
After you fill out the form, we help you decide on a location, theme, clothes suggestions, and tips, and e-mail you a summary of it.
When will I receive my photos?
You will receive a complete set of photos a week after the session. And once you select your top 15 favorite photos for us to professionally edit, the images will be done in the following three weeks.
How will I receive my photos?
Since we like to be eco-friendly, we’ve teamed up with Dropbox, which is a safe and secured program used to share photos, documents, and videos. It’s free, simple, and easy to use. All you need is your e-mail. However, if you prefer to do it by DVD, we can mail the images to you.
Do I really get to keep all the photos from the session? Yes you do! Next to your top 15 favorite photos we will professionally edit, we give you a complete set of all the pictures. Most businesses don’t offer this service, but we want you to be able to treasure every precious memory without paying the extra money.
How do I make a payment?
We take only cash or check on the day of the session. If you plan to do it by check, please make it out to "Ava Van."
How long does the session last?
It typically lasts one hour. We extend it by 30 minutes if needed.
